- The initial booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- However, in the event of a cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural disruptions, or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. The operator will make every effort to arrange an alternate feasible activity; however, no refunds shall be provided for such cancellations or modifications.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date: Non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to travel: A 50% cancellation fee of the total trip cost will apply.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to travel: A 10% cancellation fee of the total trip cost will apply.
