Referral Programme Terms
1. About the Programme
The Travespert Referral Programme (“Programme”) is run by Travespert Tours and Travels, a Partnership Firm (“Travespert”, “we”, “us”). It lets you (“Affiliate”, “you”) earn a commission when people you refer book a trip with us, and gives the people you refer a discount on their booking.
By signing up for the Programme you agree to these Referral Programme Terms. They apply together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. If anything here conflicts with those documents on a Programme matter, these terms apply.
2. Who Can Join
- Anyone aged 18 or over with a valid UPI ID or Indian bank account can join by completing the Affiliate Registration form.
- You must give accurate details when you register, including your name, email address and payout details, and keep them up to date in your Affiliate Area.
- One account per person. We may close duplicate accounts.
- We may decline or close any account at our discretion, including where we believe these terms have been broken.
3. Your Referral Link and Coupon Code
Once registered you receive:
- A referral link, for example travespert.com/ref/yourname/. You can also create links to any trip page from your Affiliate Area.
- A personal coupon code, for example YOURNAME5.
A booking is credited to you when the guest either:
- visits our website through your referral link and books within 10 months of that visit, on the same device and browser, without clearing cookies; or
- enters your coupon code at checkout.
If a guest has used more than one Affiliate’s link, the booking is credited to the Affiliate whose link they used first. If a guest enters a coupon code, the booking is credited to the owner of that code, whatever links they used before. We cannot credit bookings we are unable to track, for example when cookies are blocked or deleted and no code is used.
4. Guest Discount
Guests who book through your link or code receive a discount on the package price:
- 5% off per traveller when the package price is ₹10,000 per person or less;
- a flat ₹500 off per traveller when the package price is above ₹10,000 per person.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and applies only to eligible bookings (see Section 5).
5. Eligible Bookings
Commission is paid only on bookings that are:
- made and paid for online on travespert.com, for a group trip, event package or Camp Travespert stay that can be booked directly on the website;
- made by a genuine new customer who is not you, a member of your household, or someone using your account, payment method or contact details; and
- completed, meaning the guest has travelled and the trip has ended.
The following do not earn commission: enquiry-only, customised or private trips; bookings made by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person; bookings that are cancelled, refunded, converted into a credit note, or not completed for any reason; and bookings made in breach of these terms.
6. Commission
- You earn 5% of the final booking value. This is the full package price for all travellers on the booking, minus the guest discount.
- Commission is calculated on the full package price even if the guest paid only a deposit online, provided the balance is paid and the trip is completed.
- Taxes, government fees, add-ons sold separately and amounts refunded to the guest are excluded.
- Example: 2 travellers on a ₹15,000 package. Booking value ₹30,000, guest discount ₹1,000, final booking value ₹29,000, your commission ₹1,450.
7. Commission Status
You can track every referral in your Affiliate Area:
- Pending: the booking has been made and the trip has not yet taken place.
- Unpaid: the trip has been completed and the commission is due to you.
- Paid: we have paid the commission to you.
- Rejected: the booking was cancelled or refunded, or did not qualify under these terms.
If a trip is rescheduled, the commission stays Pending until the new travel dates have been completed. We may correct a commission’s status or amount if a booking is later changed, cancelled or refunded, or if we find an error.
8. Payouts
- We pay all Unpaid commissions once a month, by UPI or bank transfer, to the payout details in your Affiliate Area.
- Payouts are made in Indian Rupees. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payout details you have given us.
- Where the law requires it, we will deduct tax at source (TDS) from your commission and may ask for your PAN before paying you. You are responsible for any other taxes due on your earnings.
- Commission is not paid on rejected or cancelled bookings, and may be withheld while a booking or account is under review for possible breach of these terms.
9. How You May Promote Travespert
You may share your link and code with friends, family and followers, on social media, in messaging groups and on your own website or blog. When you do, you must:
- make clear that you are a Travespert affiliate and may earn a commission;
- describe our trips, prices and offers accurately;
- follow the law and the rules of the platforms you use.
You must not:
- pretend to be Travespert, or suggest you are our employee, agent or official partner;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- bid on “Travespert” or similar search terms in paid search ads, or run ads that send people straight to our website through your link;
- post your code on coupon or deal websites;
- use our logo, photos or content except as we provide them in your Affiliate Area;
- make false or misleading claims, offer guests extra incentives we have not approved, or use fraudulent methods such as fake bookings, self-referrals or cookie stuffing.
10. Suspension and Termination
You can leave the Programme at any time by emailing contact@travespert.com. Commission already earned on completed trips will be paid in the next monthly payout.
We may suspend or close your account, and cancel any Pending or Unpaid commission, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or acted fraudulently or dishonestly. We may also end the Programme for everyone with 30 days’ notice by email. Commission earned on trips completed before that date will still be paid.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms, including commission and discount rates. We will post the updated terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to bookings made after the update. If you keep using your link or code after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. Our Relationship
You take part as an independent individual. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Travespert. You may not make promises or enter into agreements on our behalf.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the Programme is limited to the commission due to you that we have not yet paid. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions to tracking or to the website.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern about the Programme, please contact us first at contact@travespert.com or through our Grievance Redressal page, and we will try to resolve it fairly.
